We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Training Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Training Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the training department and assisting with the coordination and delivery of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with the planning and coordination of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation
– Maintain training records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
– Assist in the development of training materials and resources
– Coordinate with trainers and trainees to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions
– Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
– Provide administrative support to the training department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
– Assist in the organization of training events, workshops, and seminars
– Handle inquiries from employees and external partners regarding training programs
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Manager

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or administrative role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of training principles and practices is a plus
